About the company
Reahard & Associates Inc is a leading Finance & Insurance training company in the automotive industry. Founded in 2001, they provide F&I Certification Classes, custom tailored in-dealership F&I training, online F&I training, and real-world solutions that increase F&I income. They utilize F&I Insight, a custom software solution designed to record transactions and allow for online analysis, review and training opportunities.
The challenge
F&I Insight, designed to record audio and video of customer interactions for online analysis and regulatory compliance, was originally developed by an offshore company in 2019-2020. After initial build completion, they ceased providing necessary maintenance, support, and upgrades. As the software was integral to service offerings, its potential loss posed significant operational and revenue risks.
The solution
Reahard & Associates selected Tusk Software for ongoing F&I Insight support and development. Since 2020, Tusk has addressed emergent issues and assisted IT deployment with automotive dealerships through stabilization work, live field support, and comprehensive software maintenance spanning multiple technology platforms (Ruby on Rails, React, Heroku, .NET Framework, C#, AWS S3, Lambda, SQS).
