Invisible Fence is a well known and trusted brand in pet products. This project involved a replatforming of their website from classic ASP to ASP.NET and Kentico CMS. Kentico is a powerful and flexible content management system that is highly customizable, and this project involved significant custom development to suit the company's needs. This included development of what Kentico refers to as "webparts" and "inline controls" as well as custom logic to interface with an external CRM system. At the heart of the site is an online appointment scheduling system with complex geographical rules that dictate which dealers should receive appointment requests based on cusomters' locations. The redesigned site also provides interactive examples of the company's product offerings and the ability for local Invisible Fence dealers to customize the content of their own subdomains.
